Members are hereby informed that the Company has, on April 9, 2022 sent the notice of Postal Ballot through electronic mode in compliance with the provisions of section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, including any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force read with the requirement of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (the 'MCA') General Circular No.14/2020 dated April 8 2020 read with General Circular No.17/2020 dated April 13, 2020, No. 22/2020 dated June 15, 2020, No. 33/2020 dated September 28, 2020, No. 39/2020 dated December 31, 2020, No. 10/2021 dated June 23, 2021, No. 20/2021 dated December 08, 2021 and other applicable circulars (the "MCA Circulars") for seeking approval of the members of the Company who were holding shares as on the cut-off date i.e. April 6, 2022 by way of Special Resolutions for (i) implementation of 'Max Financial Employee Stock Option Plan - 2022 ('ESOP Plan-2022') and for grant of options to the eligible employees of the Company, (ii) grant of options to the eligible employees of subsidiaries (present and future) of the Company and (iii) acquisition of equity shares from secondary market for the implementation of ESOP Plan - 2022 to the eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiary companies (both present and future), in the manner as set out in the Notice of Postal Ballot by means of remote e-voting only.

The voting will commence on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at 9.00 a.m. and will end at the close of working hours i.e. by 5:00 P.M. on Monday, May 9, 2022, after which the e-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL.

In light of the COVID-19 crisis and in accordance with Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules 22 and 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 read with the MCA Circulars, physical copies of the Notice will not be circulated to the members. However, it is clarified that all the persons who are members of the Company as on April 6, 2022 (including those members who may not have received this Notice due to non-registration of their email IDs with the Company or with the Depositories) shall be entitled to vote in relation to the resolutions specified in this Notice. CA Mahesh Agrawal has been appointed as Scrutinizer, for conducting the said e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner.

The persons entitled to vote are also requested to note that

Shareholders/Members whose names are recorded in Register of Members/Beneficial owners as per the details furnished by Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited, Registrar, as on Friday, 1st April, 2022 ("Cut-off date") and the secured and unsecured creditors of the Company outstanding as at 20th March. 2022 will be entitled to cast their votes by remote e-voting and e-voting at the meeting
• 1. The voting period for remote e-voting shall commence on and from Sunday, the 10th April, 2022 at 09:00 a.m. (IST) and end on Monday, the 9th May, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. (IST). The remote e-voting shall not be allowed beyond the said End Date

�লতার েওহর কলোনি থেকে শুক্রবার রাতে এক বায়ুসেনা কর্মীর স্ত্রীর গলার নলি–কাটা মৃতদেহ উদ্ধার করে �লিু শ। এদিন রাতেই ওই খুনের ঘটনায় মৃতার স্বামী বায়ুসেনা কর্মী অমরলালকে গ্রেপ্তার করে �লিু শ। �লিু শ োনিয়েছে, ডেরায় ধৃত খুনের কথা স্বীকারও করেছে। শনিবার ধৃতকে ১৩ দিনের �লিু শ হেফাজতে রাখার নির্দেশ দেয় ব্যারাক�রু আদালত। ধৃতের বাড়ি কান�রেু । সম্প্রতি অমরলাল অসম থেকে ব্যারাক�রের ুসেনা োউনিতে বদলি হয়ে আসে। �লতার েওহর কলোনিতে ভাড়াবাড়িতেই থাকত। �লিু শ োনতে পেরেছ ে, �াড়ায় সেভাবে মেলামেশাও করত না অমরলাল ও তার স্ত্রী রঞ্জনাদেবী। তাদের দুই কন্যাসন্তান আলে বলেও োনিয়েছে �লিু শ। স্থানীয় বাসিন্দারা োনান, শুক্রবার রাতে ওই বায়ুসেনা কর্মীর চিৎকারেই তাঁরা ঘটনাস্থলে গিয়ে দেখেন রঞ্জনাদেবী (৩০) নামে ওই মহিলার গলার নলি–কাটা দেহ বিছানায় পড়ে আলে।

ব্যাগ ছড়তে ু ই োটল বোমা আজকালের প্রতিবেদন

বারুইপুরে প্রোমোটার খুনের ঘটনার তদন্তভার নিল সিআইডি। ঘটনার প্রায় ৫০ দিনের মাথায় বারুইপুর পুলিশের হাত থেকে তদন্তভার গেল সিআইডি–র হাতে। এই খুনের ঘটনায় এখনও পর্যন্ত মোট ৫ জনকে গ্রেপ্তার করেছে বারুইপুর থানার পুলিশ। শুক্রবার বারুইপুর থানা থেকে সেই খুনের ঘটনার (কেস নিং: ২৭৫/২২) তদন্তের দায়িত্ব নিয়েছে সিআইডি। এই ঘটনার তদন্তে থাকা পুলিশ আধিকারিকদের সঙ্গে কথাও বলছেন তাঁরা। ডেব্রুয়ারি মাসের ১৮ তারিখ রাতে বারুইপুর থানার দুশো কলোনিতে দক্ষিণ কলকাতার এক তরুর প্রোমোটারকে পিটিয়ে খুনের ঘটনা ঘটেছিল। অভীক মুখার্জিনামের ওই তরুর প্রোমোটার রাতে তাঁর বান্ধবীকে নিয়ে ঘুরতে বেরিয়ে বারুইপুরের দুশো কলোনি এলাকায় পৌঁছে গিয়েছিলেন। বেশ কিছদিু ন ধরে ওই এলাকায় মোটরবাইকে করে রাতে চোরেরা এসে ছাগল চুরি করে নিয়ে পালাচ্ছিল বলে গ্রামবাসীদের অভিযোগ।

ফের বো মা বিস্ফোরণ কঁাকিনাড়ায়। ঘটনাটি ঘটে শনিবার সকাল ১০টা নাগাদ। কাঁকিনাড়া রেল স্টেশন সংলগ্ন ২৮ নম্বর ও ২৯ নম্বর— এই দুই রেলগেটের মাঝামাঝি োয়গায় রেললাইনের ধারে একটি লেডিজ ব্যাগ পড়ে থাকতে দেখেন কর্মরত রেলকর্মীরা। ওই ব্যাগ দেখে তাঁদের সন্দেহ হয়। তখনই তাঁরা রেললাইনের ওপর থেকে সেই ব্যাগ তুলে রেল লাইন থেকে দূরে একটি ফাঁকা জমিতে েড়েু ফেলে দেন। ওই ব্যাগ েড়েু ফেলতেই তাতে বিস্ফোরণ ঘটে বলে োনা গেছে। সঙ্গে সঙ্গে হকচকিয়ে যান রেলকর্মীরা। সেই সময় কাে হচ্ছিল, তাই কোনও ট্রেন ছিল না। যদি ট্রেন যেত, তাহলে বড়সড় বিপদ ঘটতে �ারত। ফাঁকা জমিতে ব্যাগটি ছোড়ায়, বিস্ফোরণে কোনও বিপত্তি ঘটেনি। কে বা কারা শনিবার রেললাইনের ওপর ওই ব্যাগ ফেলে রেখেছিল, তা খতিয়ে দেখলে রেল�লিু শ। এর পেছনে নাশকতা বা অন্য কোনও উদ্দেশ্য ছিল কিনা তাও খতিয়ে দেখা হচ্ছে বলে োনা গেছে।

ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট ৩য় কোর্ট দায়িত্বে যিনি ছিলেন তাঁর সঙ্গেই দেখা করতে এসেছিলেন সিবিআই আধিকারিকরা। প্রায় ৩০ মিনিট অপেক্ষা করার পর ফোনে কথা বলেন বিচারকের সঙ্গে। রবিবার তাঁদের আসতে বলা হয়েছে বলে োনান আধিকারিক। ভাদু শেখ। সেদিন সন্ধেয় বগটুই মোড়ে ৬০ নম্বর োতীয় সড়কের �াশে চায়ের দোকানে আড্ডা দিচ্ছিলেন ভাদু। ফোন এলে তিনি কথা বলতে বলতে ফাঁকা োয়গায় একটি স্কুটির ওপর গিয়ে বসেন। ৪ দুষ্কৃতী তাঁকে বো মা মেরে �ালিয়ে যায়।

রাম�রুহাটে তৃেমূল �ঞ্চায়েত উ�প্রধান ভাদু শেখ খুনের ঘটনায় এফআইআর দায়ের করল সিবিআই। হাইকোর্টের নির্দেশে শুক্রবারই সিবিআই এই খুনের তদন্তভার নেয়। শনিবার রাম�রুহাট থানায় গিয়ে তারা ঘটনার এফআইআরের কপি– সহ কেস ডায়েরি সংগ্রহ করে। স্থানীয় �লিশের ু এফআইআরের ভিত্তিতেই অভিযুক্তের তালিকা ও মামলার ধারা অ�রিবর্তিত রেখে �ুনরায় এফআইআর দায়ের হয়। সিবিআই সূত্রের খবর, এফআইআরে ভাদু খুনে অভিযুক্ত ১০ জনের মধ্যে রয়েছে �লাশ শেখ, সোনা শেখ, সঞ্জুশেখ, ছোট লালন প্রমুখ। এদের বিরুদ্ধে খুন, ষড়যন্ত্র, সংগঠিত অপরাধ–সহ বিস্ফোরক আইনের ধারায় মামলা রুেুকরা হয়েছে। ২১ মার্চরাত সাড়ে আটটার একটুআগে রাম�রুহাটের েনবহুল বগটুই মোড়ে খুন হন স্থানীয় বড়শাল গ্রাম�ঞ্চায়েতের তৃেমূল উ�প্রধান

ভুয়ো উকিল গ্রেপ্তার পিংলা থেকে

নিজেকে পরিচয় দিতেন কলকাতা হাইকোর্টের সিনিয়র অ্যাডভোকেট বলে। পুলিশ মহলে প্রভাব রয়েছে। পুলিশে চাকরির প্রলোভন দেখিয়ে বেশ কয়েকজনের কাছ থেকে কয়েক লক্ষ টাকা প্রতাররা করেন বলে অভিযোগ। এমন কয়েকটি অভিযোগ জমা পড়েছিল পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুরের পিংলা এলাকায়। সেই অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতে শনিবার পিংলার জলচক থেকে জু লফিকার রহমান নামে এক ব্যক্তিকে গ্রেপ্তার করেছে পুলিশ। তাঁর কাছ থেকে অ্যাডভোকেট বোর্ড লাগানো গাবি, স্ট্যাম্প, ভুয়ো কাগজপত্র উদ্ধার হয়েছে। শনিবার তাঁকে মেদিনীপুর আদালতে তোলা হলে বিচারক ১৪ দিন জেল হেফাজতে রাখার নির্দেশ দেন।

সার্জারি

স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার কল্যাণ দপ্তরের উদ্যোগে এবং দুটি চিকিৎসক সিংগঠনের সহযোগিতায় শনিবার খাতিা মহকুমা হাসপাতালে একটি ল্যাপারোস্কোপিক সার্জারি শিবিরের আয়োজন করা হয়। জেলায় এই ধরনের উদ্যোগ এই প্রথম। সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে ২২ জন রোগীর এই পদ্ধতিতে চিকিৎসা করা হয়। উপস্থিত ছিলেন বঁাকুিা স্বাস্থ্য জেলার মুখ্য স্বাস্থ্য আধিকারিক ডাঃ শ্যামল সোরেন, খাতিার মহকুমা শাসক মৈত্রী চক্রবর্তী প্রমুখ। সুপার ডাঃ রতন শাসমল জানান, হার্নিয়া, গলব্লাডার প্রভৃতি চিকিৎসার জন্য যেখানে দেড় থেকে দু'লক্ষ টাকা খরচ হয়, এখানে সেই চিকিৎসা হয়েছে বিনামূল্যে।

দেহ উদ্ধার

ঘাটালের খিার এলাকায় শনিবার সকালে আব্বাস রহমান (৫৫) নামে এক ব্যক্তির বিকৃত মৃতদেহ উদ্ধার করল পুলিশ। তিনি সেই বাবিতে একাই থাকতেন। এদিন দুর্গন্ধ বেরোনোয় স্থানীয়রা খবর দেন পুলিশে। প্রাথমিক তদন্তে পুলিশের অনুমান, তিনি মানসিক অবসাদে আত্মঘাতী হয়েছেন।

গ্রেপ্তার পুলিশ

গ্রেপ্তার হলেন এক পুলিশকর্মী। খড়্গপুর গ্রামীর থানার পলশা গ্রামের বাসিন্দা, আনন্দপুর থানার কনস্টেবল সঞ্জয় পয়রাকে শুক্রবার রাতে পুলিশ গ্রেপ্তার করে। শনিবার তাঁকে মেদিনীপুর মুখ্য বিচারবিভাগীয় ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটের আদালতে তোলা হলে বিচারক তাঁকে ৪ দিন পুলিশ হেফাজতে রাখার নির্দেশ দেন।

পুনর্মিলন উৎসব

শনিবার কল্যাণী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে লোকসংস্কৃতি বিভাগে পুনর্মিলন উৎসব পালিত হয়। উৎসবে প্রাক্তনীদের উপস্থিতি ছিল চোখে পিার মতো। উৎসবে কালাচাঁদ মোহালির নেতৃত্বে মোহালি আদিবাসী নৃত্য ছাত্রছাত্রীদের মধ্যে আলোড়ন ডেলে। লোকসিংকৃতি বিভাগের প্রধান অধ্যাপক সুজয় মণ্ডল জানান, গত চার বছর নানা কারণে এই পুনর্মিলন উৎসব হয়ে ওঠেনি। এ বছর ছাত্রছাত্রী ও গবেষকদের চেষ্টায় সেল হয়েছে। প্রাক্তনীদের নিয়ে গঠিত হয় প্রাক্তনী সমিতি। কলকাতার ছায়ানটের 'চির উন্নত মম শির'শীর্ষক অনুষ্ঠান উপস্থিত সবার মন কাড়ে।

সততার পুরস্কার পেলেন মাছ বিক্রেতা মহম্মদ আবু

সততার �ুরস্কার পেলেন দরিদ্র মাে বিক্রেতা মহম্মদ আবু কাশিম গাজি। তাঁকে �ুরস্কৃত করেন বসিরহাট থানার আইসি সুরিন্দর সিং। বসিরহাট �ুলিশ ডেলার তরফে আবু কাশিম গাজিকে সততার নজির হিসেবে বিশেষ সংবর্ধনা োনান বসিরহাট থানার আইসি।

২০১৯ সালের ২৩ ডিসেম্বর বসিরহাট �ুরনো বাোরের মাে বিক্রেতা মহম্মদ আবু কাশিম গাজি একটি মানিব্যাগ কুড়িয়ে �ান। তাতে প্রায় ৭০ হাোর টাকা ছিল। কিন্তু সেই মানিব্যাগের মালিকের কোনও খোঁে �াননি তিনি। তারপর লকডাউন হয়ে যায়। বাোর, ব্যবসা সব বন্ধ। আবু কাশিম সেই টাকার ব্যাগ সযত্নে গুছিয়ে রাখেন। এভাবে ২ বছর ৪ মাস �ার হয়ে যায়। কুড়িয়ে �াওয়া টাকার ব্যাগের মালিকের খোঁে করতে থাকেন ৬৮ বছরের বৃদ্ধ আবু কাশিম। শেষপর্যন্ত সেই ব্যাগের হদিশ মেলে একটি দোকানের রসিদ দেখে। খুঁলে বের করে সেই টাকা ফেরত দেন আবু কাশিম। প্রায় আড়াই বছর আগে হারানো টাকা ফেরত পেয়ে হতবাক দণ্ডিরহাট নগেন্দ্রকুমার উচ্চ শিক্ষা নিকেতনের শিক্ষক চম্পক নন্দী। তিনি

তো প্রায় ভুলতে বসেছিলেন হারানো টাকার কথা। তাঁর কালে সেই ব্যাগ নিয়ে হাজির হতেই তাজ্জব হয়ে যান চম্পকবাবু। এও সম্ভব! কুড়িয়ে পেয়ে প্রায় আড়াই বছর নিজের কালে গচ্ছিত রেখে মানিব্যাগের মালিককে খুঁলে চলেছেন এক দরিদ্র মাে ব্যবসায়ী। ৬৯ হাোর ২৪৭ টাকার �ুরোটাই রয়েছে। খুচরো �য়সা, কলম যেমন ছিল তেমনই রয়েছে।

অনেক অনুরোধের পর বৃদ্ধ মাে বিক্রেতার সততায় মুগ্ধ হয়ে ১০ হাোর টাকা দিয়েছেন চম্পকবাবু। বসিরহাট থানার আইসি �াশে বসিয়ে অনেকক্ষে কথা বললেন আবু কাশিম গাজির সঙ্গে। এক সময় ফুটবল খেলতেন কাশিমসাহেব। খেলাপ্রিয় মানু্। তিনি বলেন, 'টাকাটা ঘরে ছিল বো ঝা হয়ে। বাোরে মাে বিক্রি করি। বেচাকেনা করে দিনে ২০০–২৫০ টাকা আয় হয়। ওই টাকা কুড়িয়ে �াওয়ার কিছুদিন পর দু'বছর তো লকডাউন চলল। খুব অভাবে কেটেছে। তবু ওই টাকার দিকে ফিরেও তাকাইনি। এখন হাঁফ ডেড়ে বেঁচেছি।' বসিরহাট থানার আইসি সুরিন্দর সিং বলেন, 'আজকের দিনে এমন মানু্ বিরল। আমরা চোর ডাকাত, অপরাধীদের নিয়ে থাকি। এরকম সৎ মানুষকে �ুরস্কৃত করাও �ুলিশের কাে। বসিরহাট ডেলা �ুলিশ কাশিম সাহেবের সততাকে কুর্নিশ োনাচ্ছে।'

মাধ্যমে গ্রামের সাধারর মানু্কে পরিষেবা দেওয়া, সামাজিক দায়বদ্ধতা–সহ অফিস অডিটের স্বীকৃতি স্বরূপ ২০২০–২১ আর্থিক বর্ জাতীয় সম ষে বায় উন্নয়ন নিগমের (এনসিডিসি) উৎকর্ষতা ও যোগ্যতা পুরস্কার জিতে নিয়েছে রামনগর–১ ব্লকের

দিঘা মোহনা কোস্টাল থানা এলাকার এই সমবায় সমিতি। বিধাননগরে আচার্যপ্রফুল্লচন্দ্র সমবায় ভবনের এক অনুষ্ঠানে এনসিডিসি–র তরকে পুরস্কৃত করা হয়েছে এই সমবায়কে। সমবায় পরিচালনা ও পরিষেবা প্রদানের ক্ষেত্রে বিশেষ অবদানের জন্য জাতীয় পুরস্কার পেয়েছে হলদিয়া আইওসি এমপ্লয়িজ কনজু মার্স কো-অপারেটিভ। জাতীয় সমবায় উন্নয়ন নিগমের তরকে 'সার্টিফিকেট অব এক্সসেলেন্স অ্যাওয়ার্ড' দেওয়া হয়।

এই পুরস্কার সমবায় কর্তৃপক্ষক র্তৃ ে ভবিষ্যতে আরও ভাল কাজ করার জন্য উৎসাহ দেবে বলে জানিয়েছেন পূর্ব মেদিনীপুর রেঞ্জ–২–এর অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট রেজিস্ট্রার অে কো–অপারেটিভ সোসাইটি (এআরসিএস) কৌশিক পুরকাইত। তাঁর কথায়, 'বিকল্প অর্থনীতির ব্যব স্থা করে গ্রামীর মানুষের জীবনযাত্রার মানোন্নয়নে সক্ষম হয়েছে দহদয়া কৃষি উন্নয়ন সমবায় সমিতি। সেই সাফল্যের স্বীকৃতি স্বরূপ এই পুরস্কার।

সত্যজিৎ ধািা বলেন, 'রামনগর–১ ব্লকের এই সমবায় সমিতিটি সাধারর মানুষের কথা মাথায় রেখে বহু প্রকল্প গ্রহর করেছে। তারা জাতীয় পুরস্কার পাওয়ার যোগ্য। আগামিদিনেও তাদের আরও সােল্য কামনা করি। ১৯২৮ সালে পথচলা শুরু দহদয়া সমবায় সমিতির। বর্তমানে প্রধান অফিস–সহ ৮টি শাখা রয়েছে তাদের। কার্যকরী মূলধনের পরিমার ১৫৬.২২ কোটি। স্থায়ী
