Pursuant to the captioned subject, we write to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Saturday, 10[th] day of June, 2023 to consider, evaluate and approve inter alia a proposal to raise funds by issue equity of shares or other securities including through preferential issue, qualified institutional placement, rights issue, or through any other permissible mode or a combination thereof, subject to such statutory/regulatory approvals as may be required, including approval of shareholders of the Company, as applicable (the “Issue”).

Further, pursuant to the “Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s)” of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from June 8, 2023 to June12, 2023 (both days inclusive).
