Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 8" day of June, 2021 to consider inter alia and approve the Audited Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31% March, 2021.

In furtherance to our intimation dated 31' March, 2021, we hereby inform that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for the "designated persons" from Thursday, the 1" April, 2021 and the same shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 3 1 March, 2021.
