Total Graphite plc (TGR.L), the specialist flake graphite company and supplier of the critical mineral for the global energy transition, advises that the Circular to shareholders and Notice of a General Meeting ('GM'), have been distributed today. The GM will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 5 June 2026 at the offices of Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU, United Kingdom.
