6. Future expansion, scaling and business integration opportunities.
4	Nature of consideration	TPL proposes to make an initial investment of up to INR 5,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Five Crores only) in MAPL or its identified business operations/entities. Against such investment, TPL shall initially acquire/propose to acquire approximately 20% stake/ shareholding/profit participation/business interest in MAPL, subject to execution of definitive agreements, valuation, due diligence, and applicable statutory/regulatory approvals.
5	Broad terms of the MOU	The Parties desire to establish a strategic association for long-term business cooperation, investment participation and expansion of agro-related business activities.
