Tinkerine appointment of Chief Financial Officer

November 14, 2023 - Tinkerine Studios Ltd. (TSXV: TTD) ("Tinkerine" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Mr. Justin Sy to the position of interim Chief Financial Officer effective November 13, 2023. Mr. Sy previously acted as interim Chief Financial Officer from February 2016 to February 2021. Mr. Sy is one of the co-founders of Tinkerine and is a current board member.

The Company announces that in conjunction with the appointment of Mr. Sy, Mr. Chris Lee has resigned as acting Chief Financial Officer to pursue other opportunities. The Company thanks Mr. Lee for his time and wishes him success in his future activities.

Tinkerine is evaluating several platforms and Applied Design opportunities to bring value to its shareholders. The Company is also preparing regulatory submissions related to revocation of the Cease Trade Order and resumption of trading.
