THE INTESA SANPAOLO ENTRY INTO THE CAPITAL OF WARRANT HUB (TINEXTA GROUP) WAS FINALIZED
Intesa Sanpaolo subscribes the capital increase and enters with 12% in Warrant Hub

Rome, November 10, 2022. Tinexta S.p.A., a leading company in Digital Trust, Cyber Security and Innovation & Marketing services, listed on the Euronext Star Milan segment organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, announces that today the closing of the transaction stated on 28 October 2022 was finalised with the subscription by Intesa Sanpaolo of the capital increase of Euro 55 million as approved by the subsidiary Warrant Hub, a company that currently holds 100% of the share capital of Forvalue
As a result of the transaction, the share capital of Warrant Hub is now 88% held by Tinexta and 12% by Intesa Sanpaolo.
Therefore, the current strategic partnership between Tinexta and Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. is strengthened through commercial agreements relating to Forvalue's activities, aimed at supporting Italian SMEs in their growth path.
