Issuance of New Shares and Notification of Changes in the Share Capital Following the Exercise of the Third and Final Tranche of the "Tecnoinvestimenti 2016-2019 Warrants" held by Cedacri S.p.A.

Rome, 4 October 2019. Tinexta S.p.A. (formerly Tecnoinvestimenti S.p.A.) announces that 317,000 new Ordinary Shares, equal to 0.676% of the current Share Capital of Tinexta S.p.A., have been issued following the exercise of the third and final tranche of the "Tecnoinvestimenti 2016- 2019 Warrants" held by Cedacri S.p.A.

Further, we also communicate, pursuant to Art. 85-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/99, the new composition of the Share Capital of Tinexta S.p.A. with evidence of the previous composition:

Today the certification required by Art. 2444 of the Italian Civil Code and the new text of the Articles of Association have been deposited at the Rome Corporate Registry.

Tinexta S.p.A. will publish the new updated Articles of Association as soon as registration with the Corporate Registry is effective.
