Tinexta: The Calendar of Corporate Events for the Year 2022

Rome, 16 December 2022. The Board of Directors of Tinexta S.p.A., in compliance with current regulatory provisions, announces the calendar of corporate events for the year 2022, approved today. The following events are planned:

• ➢ February 28, 2022, Approval of the preliminary results and presentation of the 2022- 2024 Economic and Financial Plan
• ➢ March 17, 2022, Approval of the Draft Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31 December 2021
  • ➢ 28 April 2022: Shareholders' Meeting
• ➢ May 12, 2022, Approval of the Interim Report on Operations at 31 March 2022
  • ➢ August 3, 2022, Approval of the Half-Year Financial Report at 30 June 2022
  • ➢ November 10, 2022, Approval of the Interim Report on Operations at 30 September 2022

Following the Boards of Directors meeting on 28 February 2022, 12 May 2022, 3 August 2022 and 10 November 2022, conference calls with institutional investors and financial analysts are planned. Any changes and / or additions concerning the dates indicated above will be promptly communicated to the market.
