PUBLIC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS: FILING OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Rome, 7 November 2025. Tinexta S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that are available to the public at the registered office, as well as on the Company's website (www.tinexta.com) in the section "Governance - Shareholders' Meeting" and on the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" () the Directors Explanatory Reports on all the items on the Agenda as well as the related documentation: 2025 Remuneration Report and Information Document on the 2023-2025 LTI Performance Shares Plan, also in a version with evidence of the proposed changes.

Moreover, the templates for the acceptance of the charge of Director are available on the Company's website (www.tinexta.com) in the section "Governance - Shareholders' Meeting".
