PUBLIC TENDER OFFER ON THE SHARES OF DEFENCE TECH HOLDING S.P.A. SOCIETÀ BENEFIT LAUNCHED BY TINEXTA DEFENCE S.R.L.
DECISION OF THE PANEL OF BORSA ITALIANA S.P.A. ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO THE EURONEXT GROWTH MILAN ISSUERS' REGULATION
Rome, 4 October 2024. Tinexta S.p.A. ("Tinexta"), a leading company in Digital Trust, Cybersecurity and Business Innovation services, acknowledges the communication issued to the market by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. on October 3, 2024 regarding the decisions taken by the Panel of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. with reference to the consideration of the mandatory tender offer on ordinary shares of Defence Tech Holding S.p.A. Società Benefit launched by Tinexta Defence S.r.l. and announced on August 5, 2024.
In this regard, the Board of Directors of Tinexta has been convened for October 7, 2024 to examine the Panel's decision and to take the relevant resolutions.
Tinexta will provide the market with appropriate updates.
