Tinexta Group: Co.Mark finalizes the investment in Queryo Advance S.r.l. (Queryo) with a shareholding of 60%
Milan, 28 January, 2021 - Following the press release of 21 January, 2021, Co.Mark S.p.A. Tinexta Group company announces that today it has completed the investment in Queryo for a share equal to 60% of the capital.
The price for the 60% share capital is equal to a maximum of € 8.75 million on a cash free / debt free basis, of which € 4.2 million has been disbursed today, while the remainder will be paid upon approval of the 2020 financial statements. In addition, an Earnout equal to a maximum of € 1.2 million will eventually be paid after the approval of the company's 2021 financial statements if certain conditions are met.
This transaction strengthens the mission of the growth enabler for the client companies of the Innovation & Marketing Service Business Unit, expanding the offer to Digital Data Driven services.
