THE GROUP EXTENDS ITS PRESENCE IN THE DIGITAL VALUE CHAIN: INFOCERT ACQUIRES 45% REACHING THE 80% OF SIXTEMA

Rome, April 13th 2017. Tecnoinvestimenti S.p.A. announces that InfoCert, the largest Certification Authority in Europe and a leading European Trust Service Provider, today increases its stake, from the previous 35%, to 80% in Sixtema S.p.A., an ICT company specialized in the provision of software for the SME market.

The transaction concerns the acquisition of 45% of the share capital of Sixtema and consists of a fixed component, amounting to 2.15 Millions Euros to be paid at the closing, and a variable component, up to a maximum amount of Euro 1.75 Million, to be paid by the approval of the Sixtema company's financial statements for 2018.

Sixtema, founded in February 2008, today has more than 130 employees, 4 offices in Italy and a turnover of more than EUR 14 million and provides integrated services of ICT to business associations of SMEs, their service companies, institutions, including the CNA-National Confederation of artisans – and through them trade, commercial and small and medium-sized enterprises will also benefit. Specifically, Sixtema provides its 5,000 customers with integrated software, connectivity, cloud computing and application software/system/network/desktop management, as well as all InfoCert offering, helping businesses to comply and fulfil all tax obligations, labour law and regulations. Its Interprets ® Division is recognized by the world of associations, financial intermediaries and professional studies.

The Chairman Enrico Salza commented, "the acquisition of a controlling stake in Sixtema is part of our strategic plan to control the entire value chain of digital business"

The Ceo, Pier Andrea Chevallard added: "Sixtema will work with InfoCert to develop products and services suited for the SME segment, a strategic market for our group."
