NOTICE OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS PURSUANT TO ART. 85-BIS, PARAGRAPH 4-BIS, OF CONSOB REGULATION NO. 11971/1999
Rome, 12 April 2024. Tinexta S.p.A. ("Tinexta" or the "Company"), a company listed on Euronext Milan, a regulated market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., STAR segment, announces, pursuant to article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis of the Issuers' Regulation adopted by Consob with resolution no. 11971 of 14 May 1999 (the "Issuers' Regulation"), the total amount of voting rights at the record date of the Shareholders' Meeting called for 23 April 2024, that is 12 April 2024. The Company notes that there has been no change of the total amount of voting rights (increase or decrease) compared to what was communicated on 14 March 2024.
The table below shows the data relating to the shares outstanding and the number of voting rights making up the share capital.
The Company holds 1.484.739 treasury shares, whose right to vote is suspended pursuant to article 2357-ter, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code.
