Cedacri Exercises the last tranche of "Tecnoinvestimenti 2016-2019 Warrants"

Rome, 19 September 2019. Tinexta S.p.A. (formerly Tecnoinvestimenti S.p.A.), communicates that it has received today from Cedacri S.p.A. a request to exercise the last tranche of the Warrants held, after having made a payment for a total amount of € 1,077,800.00. The last tranche Cedacri is exercising numbers 317,000 Warrants corresponding to 317,000 Ordinary Shares of Tinexta S.p.A. (equal to 0.676% of the latter's share capital) at the subscription price of € 3.40, in accordance with the Regulations of the "Tecnoinvestimenti Warrants 2016-2019".
