FILING OF CANDIDATES LISTS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TINEXTA S.P.A.
Rome, 25 November 2025. Tinexta S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that with reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened at 9:30 a.m. on 17 December 2025 in first call, and if necessary at 12:00 p.m. on 19 December 2025, in second call, in accordance with the law and the Articles of Association, the majority Shareholder Tecno Holding S.p.A., holder of 26,317,960 shares, corresponding to 55.75% of share capital, and a pool of minority shareholders, holder of 4,234,622 shares, corresponding to 8,97030% of share capital, have presented the lists of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Directors as per the third item on the Agenda, each list is supported by the related documentation.
The aforementioned lists are available to the public at the Company's registered office in Rome, Piazzale Flaminio no 1/B, on the Company's website (www.tinexta.com) section "Governance - Shareholders' Meeting", and on the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" ().
