Filing of additional lists for the appointment of the members of the Board of Statutory auditors

Roma, April 7, 2018. With reference to the ordinary Shareholders ' meeting of Tecnoinvestimenti S.p.A. called on 24 April 2018, at 14:00, in single call, and following the press release of April 3, 2018, Tecnoinvestimenti S.p.A. informs that, within the extended term set on 6 April 2018, two further lists for the appointment of the members of the Board of Statutory auditors, referred to point n. 5 of the Agenda, have been filed the .
