PUBLICATION OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING MINUTES
Rome, 13 May 2025. Tinexta S.p.A. ("Tinexta" or the "Company") announces that the minutes of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on 14 April 2025 is available on the Company's website www.tinexta.com section "Governance/ Shareholders' Meeting", as well as at the Company's registered office and at the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().
