PUBLIC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS: FILING OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING ON 14 APRIL 2025
Rome, 13 March 2025. Tinexta S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that the following documents are available to the public at the registered office, as well as on the Company's website www.tinexta.com in the section "Governance/Shareholders' Meeting", and on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ():
- Share capital composition;
