Rome, 24 May 2021. Tinexta S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting of the Company held on 27 April 2021 for the Extraordinary and Ordinary parts in single calling and the updated Articles of association, are available to the public on the Company's website, Governance section at: https://www.tinexta.com/assemblea-azionisti-year2021, as well as at the registered office and at the authorised eMarket Storage facility ().

Please also note that on the company's website, in the Governance/Vote-majority section, you will find the Regulations for inclusion in the special list of persons entitled to increased voting rights, approved by the Company's Board of Directors on 12 May 2021, as well as the relevant application form for inclusion in the list.
