TINC sells its participation in the Bio-Versneller business service center

TINC, the infrastructure investor listed on Euronext Brussels, sells its participation in Bio-Versneller NV, owner of the specialized business service center for biotech companies (B)

The Bio-Versneller business service center was realized in the period 2008-2010 as a joint initiative by TINC in close cooperation with the Flemish Institute for Biotechnology (VIB) and Ghent University. Since then, Bio-Versneller offers approximately 18,000 m² of offices, laboratories, meeting rooms and related services on the Ardoyen science campus in Zwijnaarde, Belgium. The business service center currently houses several customers with significant research activities including Ablynx (which is part of the Sanofi Group), Eastman and Aphea.Bio who together employ over 500 people in the business service center.

TINC is selling its entire 50.01% participation.

The transaction has a positive impact of € 5.4 million (approximately € 0.15 per share) on the last published net asset value of the investment portfolio as of December 31, 2021. No further financial details will be disclosed.
