Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015

Pursuant to the disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our letter dated November 30, 2021 on the captioned subject, this is to inform you that the Company has acquired manufacturing, distribution and licensing rights for the following brands of watches and parts thereof for the territory of India and SAARC member countries effective from January 1, 2022:

1. Manufacturing, distribution and licensing rights for “Guess” and “Gc” brands of watches and parts thereof from Timex Nederland B.V., an intermediate Holding Company.

2. Distribution rights for “Adidas Originals” and “Missoni” brands of watches and parts thereof from Timex Nederland B.V., an intermediate Holding Company.

3. Distribution rights for “Philipp Plein” brand of watches and parts thereof from Vertime B.V., a Timex Group Company.
