GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
1pm plc (AIM: OPM), the AIM listed specialist independent provider of finance facilities to the SME sector, is pleased to announce the grant of share options under the Group's Performance Share and Free Share Plan (the "Plan") to certain directors and employees.
Executive directors received the following Performance Share Option awards:

In aggregate, the above Share Option awards amount to a maximum of 433,588 shares representing 0.794 per cent. of the undiluted total of 54,594,733 ordinary shares currently in issue and 0.788 per cent. of the enlarged number of ordinary shares on a fully diluted basis.
