Thrive Homes Limited (the Original Borrower) has completed the sale of 117 uncharged properties to an investor. The Original Borrower will continue to manage these properties and has identified opportunities to deploy the proceeds to further its growth and strengthen its balance sheet. Ultimately this means Thrive will be able to further enhance the supply of affordable homes in its area of operation.
