Appointment of Group Human Resources Manager

Further to company announcement Ref: G315 dated 18 th July 2023, the Company announces the appointment of Maria-Alessia Abela Micallef to the post of G3 Group Human Resources Manager with effect from 17th October 2023.

Maria-Alessia is a human resources professional with thirteen years' of human resources experience, having a holistic spectrum of the human resources field, including learning and development, talent management, employee engagement and retention and payroll management. She has worked in the aviation, manufacturing and catering sectors. In 2008 Maria-Alessia graduated in Bachelor of Communication with Philosophy and commenced her human resources career in 2010 in aviation. In 2018 she obtained an MSC with human resources management from the University of Chester and in 2021 she obtained an MBA also from the University of Chester, United Kingdom. Maria-Alessia has joined the G3 Group to provide professional human resources support in line with the Group's exigencies.

Maria-Alessia Abela Micallef holds no directorships in public companies whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and has not held any such position in the past five (5) years.

There is no matter concerning Maria-Alessia Abela Micallef which requires disclosure in terms of Capital Markets Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9 (both included).
