The Company hereby announces that, with a view to adhering to recent amendments to the Listing Rules relative to the composition of the audit committee of companies regulated by the Listing Rules, on the 5th October 2016:

• Mr Kevin Saliba, a non-executive director, holder of Identity Card Number 444074M, residing at Amba Uork, Triq is-Siegh, Ta L-Ibragg, SWQ 2406, Malta, resigned as chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company, and in his stead, with immediate effect, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Mr Lawrence Zammit holder of Identity Card Number 12456M residing at 26, The Corner House, Triq il-Bramel, Swieqi SWQ 3230, Malta, as chairman of the Audit Committee; and
• ii. Audit Committee, indicating, inter alia, the revised composition of the Audit Committee, as follows:

  • Mr Nicholas Bianco, holder of Identity Card Number 428086M, residing at 91, Sir Adrian . Dingli Street, Sliema SLM 1905, Malta (independent NED): Member; and

In connection with the above, there is no information which needs to be disclosed in terms of Chapter 5 of the Malta Financial Services Listing Rules.
