Result of Annual General Meeting

Time Finance plc, the AIM listed independent specialist finance provider, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at 10.00am today all resolutions proposed at the meeting were duly passed by shareholders. Resolutions 7 and 8 were withdrawn prior to the commencement of the AGM.
