The following is a company announcement issued by Mariner Finance p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.
QUOTE
Mariner Finance p.l.c. announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on the 27th April 2017 at which:
a. the Consolidated Audited Financial Statement for the period ending 31st December 2016 and the reports of the Directors and Auditors were considered and approved;
b. the appointment of Deloitte Audit Limited as Auditors of the Company was approved and the Board of Directors was authorized to fix their remuneration; and
Marin Hili was reconfirmed as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer whilst C. Edward Hili, Michela Borg, and Kevin Saliba as Directors. Lawrence Zammit, Anthony Busuttil and Nicholas Bianco were reconfirmed as Non Executive Directors.
