Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 30, 2018, Timberland Bancorp, Inc. issued its earnings release for the quarter ended March 31, 2019. The release also announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share and a special cash dividend of $0.10 per common share. A copy of the earnings release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
