Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws: Change in Fiscal Year

(a) On June 25, 2019, Timberland Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), amended its Bylaws to include technical and clarifying provisions. The amendments clarified the Company’s policy for compensation to directors for attending Board meetings by telephone. In addition to that change, there were a few other minor revisions to make the capitalization of certain corporate titles consistent throughout the document. A copy of the Company’s Amended and Restated Bylaws is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.2.
