Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On November 2, 2015, Timberland Bancorp, Inc. issued its earnings release for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. The release also announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per common share and a special one-time dividend of $0.05 per common share. A copy of the earnings release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
