– TIMAH RESOURCES LIMITED update on financial results for the period ended 31 December 2015

Further to its results for the period ended 31 December 2015, the directors of Timah Resources Limited ( Timah ) would like to announce that its wholly owned Biogas Malaysian subsidiary, Mistral Engineering Sdn Bhd, is ‘on track’ to deliver the guaranteed profit performance of AUD$900,000 as stipulated in its prospectus to admit Timah to the official list of the ASX.
