– TIMAH RESOURCES LIMITED Resignation of director

Timah Resources Limited advises that Dr. Jordina Siu Yi Mah has tendered her resignation as a director of the company effective from 20th November 2024. The Board of Directors have accepted her resignation.

Dr. Jordina Siu Yi Mah’s time on the board has been characterised by her active participation in Board matters and she has provided valuable input into the company’s administration. She has stated that time constraints now impinge on her ability to commit to this role to the extent that she feels is required.

The Board wishes to publicly thank Dr. Jordina Siu Yi Mah for her valuable input into the company’s affairs and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
