– TIMAH RESOURCES LIMITED Appointment of Director and Alternate

Director

Timah Resources Ltd is pleased to announce the appointments of Ms Li-Na Mah as an alternate director for the Executive Director, King Seng Mah and Mr Derrick Martin De Souza as a director with immediate effect.

Ms Li-Na Mah’s qualifications and experience include attaining a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University, Bachelor of Laws from the University of London with second class honours and working for KPMG Malaysia specialising in forensic accounting. She has also received training in the area of BioGas operations. She is fluent in Mandarin and currently is employed as a management accountant with Cepatwawasan Group Berhad.

Mr Derrick Martin De Souza’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Singapore and he has completed the Executive Development Year program jointly run by the Institute of Corporate Managers, Secretaries and Administrators and the University of NSW. He has also completed a 2 year post graduate diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. He is an associate member of CPA Australia and is a registered tax agent. He was the Managing partner of a mid-tier accounting practice for many years and in this capacity provided consultancy services to businesses ranging from taxation, auditing, banking, insurance, mergers, valuations, strategic planning and corporate restructuring.

We welcome both Ms Li-Na Mah and Mr Derrick Martin De Souza to our Board.
