– TIMAH RESOURCES LIMITED Resignation of director

Timah Resources Limited advises that Michelle Siew Yee Lee has tendered her resignation as a director of the company effective from 9th June 2018. The Board of Directors have accepted her resignation.

Michelle’s time on the board has been characterised by her active participation in Board matters and she has provided valuable input into the company’s administration. She has stated that time constraints now impinge on her ability to commit to this role to the extent that she feels is required.

The Board wishes to publicly thank Michelle for her valuable input into the company’s affairs and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
