Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 15, 2020, Tilly’s, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain business updates for the second quarter of fiscal 2020 ending August 1, 2020, following the recent required closure of indoor shopping malls in certain counties of California as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
