In compliance with Regulation 29(1) (a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021, to consider and approve, amongst others, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.
Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares is already closed from Thursday, July 1, 2021 for all Designated Employees of the Company and will open 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
