The Scheme of Amalgamation (Merger by Absorption) of Kesarval Springs Distillers Private Limited (“KSDPL” or the “Transferor Company 1”), Mykingdom Ventures Private Limited (“MVPL” or the “Transferor Company 2”), Srirampur Grains Private Limited (“SGPL” or the “Transferor Company 3”) and Studd Projects Private Limited (“SPPL” or the “Transferor Company 4”) with and into Tilaknagar Industries Limited (“TI” or the “Transferee Company”) and their respective shareholders was approved by Hon’ble NCLT vide its order dated May 17, 2023 received on May 22, 2023.

The Company (transferor and transferee) has filed the certified true copy of the merger order with Registrar of Companies, Pune in Form INC-28. The scheme with Appointed date 1[st] April, 2022 stands effective upon filing the certified true copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies.
