Sub : Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure - Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Update on Investment in Round the Cocktails Private Limited (“Bartisans”)

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to our earlier intimation dated September 19, 2024 wherein it was informed that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on that day, had approved an investment of Rs. 8.03 Crores (Rupees Eight Crores and three lakhs only) in Round the Cocktails Private Limited (“Bartisans”).

It is now informed that the Company has, today, completed the aforesaid investment in Bartisans of Rs 8.03 crores. In aggregate, the Company owns 36.17% of the share capital of Bartisans on a fully diluted basis.

The details for the above acquisition as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 have already been disclosed in the intimation dated September 19, 2024.
