Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting

Ref: Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

In compliance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, intimation is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, November 01, 2021, inter alia , to consider the issue of equity shares and/or convertible securities including warrants on preferential basis under SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, including determination of issue price as may be permitted under applicable laws, subject to such regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required including approval of shareholders of the Company.

Further, pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of Company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives has already been closed from October 01, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2021. Hence, the trading window shall be closed even in respect of the aforesaid proposals in accordance with applicable laws.
