Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we would like to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, through Circular Resolution dated March 09, 2026, has approved the appointment of Ms. Ina Bajwa as Chief People Officer, a senior management personnel, with effect from March 09, 2026.

Consequent to the appointment of Ms Ina Bajwa, Mr. Ameya Deshpande will cease to oversee Human Resources function. He will continue to be the Chief Strategy Officer.

Ms. Ina Bajwa is a senior HR leader with 22 years of experience across sectors including retail, e-commerce, technology, banking, consulting, and infrastructure in Indian and global organizations. She has held CXO and global leadership roles within the Tata Group, including CHRO of Tata 1mg, Chief Talent Officer at Tata Digital, and senior HR roles at Tata Communications, partnering closely with CEOs and CXOs on growth, transformation, and organization effectiveness. In her last stint, she was the Group Head of Talent & Engagement for Landmark Group Middle East, responsible for CEO, Executive Succession and talent management strategy for 9 retail brands. Earlier in her career, she has also worked with HSBC and the Essar Group, giving her strong exposure to large & complex enterprises.

Ms. Ina holds a PGDM in HR from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management & Research and a bachelor's degree in communications & economics from Panjab University. She is an alumni of the Tata Group Strategic Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and holds multiple professional certifications in talent management & assessments, and executive coaching.
