3.	Brief Profile	Mr. Nishant Jain is a senior business leader with over 26 years of experience in the alco-beverage sector across Sales, Trade Marketing and Key Accounts. Prior to joining the Company, he was the Chief Operating Officer – Spirits Business at Inbrew Beverages, where he played a pivotal role in setting up the business from inception, building a robust sales and distribution footprint across 22 states in India and five international markets. He has previously held leadership roles at Allied Blenders & Distillers (ABD) as Sales Director- South and spent over two decades with Pernod Ricard India in diverse commercial roles, including heading Trade Marketing & Key Accounts. Mr. Nishant Jain is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IIM Lucknow, with deep expertise in scaling businesses and building high-performing teams.
