Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that Ms. Manju Anand has, vide letter dated July 18, 2023, tendered her resignation as the President- Governance and Compliance (Senior Management personnel of the Company) with immediate effect in order to pursue new challenges and opportunities that align with her long-term career goals. The said resignation letter is enclosed herewith.

It is further informed that there is no other material reason for the resignation other than the reason mentioned above.

The Company has accepted her resignation and has relieved her from the duties w.e.f. close of business hours of Tuesday, July 18, 2023.

The details of changes as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Section V-A of Chapter V of Master Circular issued vide circular no.
