Appointed Ms. Dipti Todkar, Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries $a.$ of India(Membership No.: A21676), as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and designated as the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from March 30, 2022 and took note of the cessation of Mr. Priya Dubey as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from March 30, 2022;

The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure - 1.
