Sub: Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 with respect to change in Key - Managerial Personnel Resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Shekhar R Singh has ceased to be Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from conclusion of business hours of September 30, 2021.

The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from his responsibilities w.e.f. September 30, 2021. His successor shall be appointed shortly and same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
