In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its Meeting held on October 29, 2020, re-appointed Mr. Amit Dahanukar (DIN: 00305636) as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 3 (Three) years commencing from November 07, 2020 and ending on November 06, 2023 subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Further, as per the requirement of the Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018 issued by BSE Limited on the subject of enforcement of SEBI Orders regarding appointment of Directors by listed companies, we hereby confirm that Mr. Amit Dahanukar is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other Authority.

The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Para A of Part A of Schedule III and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are enclosed herewith as Annexure – 1 .
