Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Gaurav Thakur has ceased to be Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from conclusion of business hours of November 30, 2020.
The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from his responsibilities w.e.f. November 30, 2020. His successor shall be appointed shortly and same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
