Purs uant lo Regulation 30 of the ~BI (L DI~) Regulations, 20 l 5, we wish to inform you that in th e 81J ¹h AGM of the Com pany held o n September 11, 2019, Maj. Gen Di la war Singh (Rctd ) and Mr. Salish Chand Math u r, who were appointed as /\ddilional (Non-Executive and Independent) Directors of the Company with effect from October 31, 2018 to hold office up to the date of the 8'11" /\GM of the Company, have been appointed as Independent Directors of the Company for a pe riod o f 5 (Five) consecu tive years commencing from October 31, 2018 and expiring on October 30, 2023, not lia bl e lo retire by rotation.

Maj Gen Dilawar Singh (Reld .) is triple post gradu ate and alu mni of Delhi Umversity, Chennai Un iversi ty, Devi /\ hilya University, Osmani a University and IIM Indore. I le has a unique distinctio n of having been the Head of t he Largest Youth Organ isation of the Government of India (l\YKS) and has initialed hund red s of new innovations for youth development and empowerment. l le has been in volved wi th Capital Procurement, Planning, Execution and financing of majo r procurements fo r the lndia /\rrny. Presently, he is advising t he industry on Defence , Homeland Security, You th Affa irs, Sports and New Technologies and is a part of n u merous Sports Organisatio ns across many countries.

'.V!r. Salish Cha nd Math u r is a 19 8 1-ba lch Indian Police Service (!PS) officer Prior to joining the Com pany, he was s erving as Ma harashtra's Director General of Police. I le earlier headed the Ma h arash tra's /\ nli-corruplion Bureau (/\CB) as well. He also served as Commissioner of Police, Pune from March 201'1 to /\pril 2 0 15. Between October 2002 and October 2012, he served us Director, /\ir India and was instrumental in restructuring of the airline's finances in respect :>f the Ground Hand li ng arm a nd introduction of cost cutting measures.
