In continuation to our letter no. TI/NSE/COMP/ 18- 19/54 dated October 31, 2018 and pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 20 15, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its Meeting held on October 3 1, 2018 , appointed Maj Gen Dilawar Singh(retd.) and Mr. Satish Ch and Mathur as Additional (Non-Executive and Independent) Directors of the Company with effect from October 31, 20 18.

Maj Gen Dilawar Singh(retd.) (DIN 08216047) is triple post graduate and an a lumni of Chennai University, Devi Ahilya University, Osmania Un iversity and IIM Indore . Presently, he is advising the industry on defence, homeland security, youth affairs, sports and new techn ologies. He is not holding directorship in any other Company and is not having any relationship with t he existing directors of the Company. He has not been debarred from h olding t he office of d irector by virtue of a ny SEBI order or any other such a u thority.

Mr. Sa tish Chand Mathur (DIN 03641285) is a 1981-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer. Prior Lo joining the Compa ny, he wa s serving as Maharashtra's Director General of Police. He is not holding d irectorsh ip in a ny other Company and is not havin g a ny rela tion ship with the existing d irectors of the Company. He has not been debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such aut hority.

Maj Gen Dilawar Singh(retd.) and Mr. Satish Chand Math u r will be holding office up to the date of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company and will be eligible for appointment a s regular Independen t Director thereat for such term as may be approved by the Members of the Company, subject to compliance of necessary formalities in th is regard.
