Change of Name

Further to shareholder approval given at the Annual General Meeting on 28 July 2025, the Company (AIM: TIR) is pleased to announce that it has changed its name from Tiger Royalties and Investments Plc to Tiger Alpha Plc.

The change of name will take effect on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on 9 September 2025. The Company's London Stock Exchange TIDM, ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.

The Company's website will also remain unchanged as https://www.tigerinvests.com/
